We are a small, independent, family run company based in Blackpool that has been trading since 2014 but has already gravitated from it's humble beginnings as a husband and wife team indulging their creative passions in their home kitchen to a team of dedicated professionals supplying high end outlets such as  Barton Grange, Bents Garden and Home and Selfridges Food Halls at Trafford Centre and Birmingham Bullring.

We are confident that the passion we have for our cheesecakes is demonstrated by their quality. For us the provenance of our ingredients is of massive importance. Lancashire really has an embarrassment of riches (and the Fylde Coast in particular) when it comes to its fresh produce and we try to use it wherever possible. 

We don’t use any artificial preservatives, colours, flavourings or thickeners in our cheesecakes so it really is as fresh as possible.
