Our OG and all time best selling cheesecake.

Sat on a digestive and salted butter base, we mix our creamy vanilla cheesecake mix with home made strawberry compote, line the edges with fresh strawberry slices and top it all off with a big glazed strawberry and a crisp mini meringue shell.
