Speculoos Cheesecake

Sat on a salted butter and Lotus Biscoff and digestive biscuit base, we combine our signature vanilla cheesecake mix with pockets of honeycomb. We add a big swirl of Lotus Biscoff spread, a chocolate coated Lotus Biscoff biscuit and a sprinkle of crumb.
