Sticky Toffee Pudding Cheesecake

Sat on a digestive and Lotus Biscoff biscuit base, our signature vanilla cheesecake mix is combined with pockets of honeycomb and chunks of Cartmel's famous Sticky Toffee Pudding. We then add an extra chunk of sponge and a big blob of sticky toffee sauce to finish it off.
