Very Berry Cheesecake

Sat on a salted butter and digestive biscuit base, our cheesecake mix is combined with Belgian white chocolate, fresh raspberry puree and sticky raspberry jam. We add some festive glam with a silver dusted white chocolate star, mini white chocolate stars and a sprinkle of freeze dried raspberry.
