Eton Mess
Set on a digestive and salted butter base our signature creamy Vanilla cheesecake is swirled with homemade, fresh strawberry puree and topped with a glazed, whole strawberry and a crisp meringue shell.
Chocolate Hazelnut
Set on a digestive and salted butter base, our light creamy cheesecake is blended and topped with Nutella and chopped hazelnuts, then finished off with swirls of white chocolate hazelnut spread, Ferrero Rochers and chunks of milk and white Bueno.
Speculoos
This one is for the Lotus lovers! Set on a Lotus biscoff and digestive biscuit and salted butter base our signature creamy Vanilla cheesecake is interspersed with pockets of gooey Lancashire cinder toffee. Smooth Lotus spread is then swirled along the top, chocolate dipped Lotus biscuits are dunked in and to top it off drizzles of lotus spread and a sprinkle of Lotus crumb is added for final touch!
Chocolate Freakcake
Set on a digestive and salted butter base, Belgian milk and dark chocolate is combined with our light, creamy cheesecake, laced with milk Belgian chocolate sauce and then topped with a generous helping of chocolatey yumminess and finished off with a final drizzle of Belgian milk chocolate sauce.
