Set on a digestive and salted butter base, our signature creamy Vanilla cheesecake is swirled with homemade, fresh strawberry compote and topped with a glazed, whole strawberry and a crisp meringue shell.

Cookies n Cream

Oreos are combined with digestive biscuits and salted butter to make the perfect cookies and cream base. Our signature creamy Vanilla cheesecake is then combined with smashed up Oreos and topped with 2 miniature Oreos! Some may call it an Oreo overload, we call it genius!


White Chocolate & Strawberry

Set on a digestive and salted butter base, our smooth, sweet, delicate Belgian white chocolate cheesecake is topped with a white chocolate strewn strawberry.

Set on a Lotus biscoff and digestive biscuit and salted butter base our signature creamy Vanilla cheesecake is combined with white chocolate and biscoff spread. Lotus spread is then swirled on top, with a sprinkle of Lotus crumb and a disk a belgian white chocolate with lotus crumb embedded is sat on top.


Sticky Toffee Pudding

On a salted butter, lotus biscoff and digestive biscuit base. Our classic vanilla mix is used in the cheesecake and it has a layer of Cartmel's sticky toffee pudding in the centre and on top as well as a layer of their sticky toffee sauce. Cartmel's + gorgeous cheesecake = heaven.


Black Cherry
& Dark Chocolate

Set on a digestive and salted butter base our signature creamy Vanilla cheesecake is mixed with shards of dark chocolate then layered and topped with a luxuriant, thick black cherry compote and a blinged up disc of dark chocolate.


Lemon Meringue

Set on a digestive and salted butter base, our signature creamy Vanilla cheesecake has a generous layering and topping of zingy lemon curd and a crisp meringue shell.


Apple & Blackcurrant Crumble

On a salted butter, ginger and digestive biscuit base. Our classic vanilla mix is combined with apple filling and a layer of blackcurrant curd is in the centre. It's then topped with the curd and apple and sprinkled with a buttery crumb.


Buenella

Set on a digestive and salted butter base, our light creamy cheesecake is blended with Nutella and chopped hazelnuts and topped with a swirl of white chocolate hazelnut spread and a chunk of milk and white Bueno.


Chocolate Freakcake

Set on a digestive and salted butter base, Belgian milk and dark chocolate is combined with our light, creamy cheesecake, laced with milk Belgian chocolate sauce and then topped with a generous helping of chocolatey yumminess and finished off with a final drizzle of Belgian milk chocolate sauce.


Caramel Freakcake

Set on a Lotus and digestive biscuit and salted butter base our signature creamy Vanilla cheesecake is interspersed with pockets of gooey Lancashire cinder toffee and laced with caramel sauce. It's then topped off with anything and everything caramel and crazy and drizzled with caramel sauce.


Mint Freakcake

Set on a digestive and salted butter base our creamy cheesecake is swirled with peppermint oil and laced with Belgian dark chocolate. To top it off we pile it with everything mint chocolate under the sun- aero bubbles, matchmakers, after 8’s.. you name it it’s on there! A final drizzle of Belgian dark chocolate is then added to finish off this mint beauty!


Speculoos

This one is for the Lotus lovers! Set on a Lotus biscoff and digestive biscuit and salted butter base our signature creamy Vanilla cheesecake is interspersed with pockets of gooey Lancashire cinder toffee. Smooth Lotus spread is then swirled on top, a chocolate dipped Lotus biscuit is dunked in and to top it off a sprinkle of Lotus crumb is added for final touch!


Malteser

Set on a digestive and salted butter base, Belgian milk and dark chocolate and crushed Maltesers are combined with our light, creamy cheesecake. Then topped with a thick layer of rich Belgian chocolate ganache and Maltesers drizzled with Belgian white chocolate.


Pistachio

Tiramisu

Digestive biscuit and salted butter base. Pistachio sauce is combined into the mix and a layer of espresso soaked sponge is in the centre. Topped with pistachio drizzle and chopped pistachios.


Rolo Millionaires

Set on a digestive and salted butter base our light creamy cheesecake is blended with a Belgian chocolate ganache. It’s then mixed with chopped Rolos and topped with a layer of sweet Dulce de Leche, a layer of ganache and a sprinkling of mini Rolos.
