Set on a Lotus biscoff and digestive biscuit and salted butter base our signature creamy Vanilla cheesecake is combined with white chocolate and biscoff spread. Lotus spread is then swirled on top, with a sprinkle of Lotus crumb and a disk a belgian white chocolate with lotus crumb embedded is sat on top.
Masala Chai
Set on a salted butter and ginger and digestive biscuit base, Blendsmiths masala chai blend is combined with our signature cheesecake mix. A layer of caramel is in the centre and on top to add a balancing sweetness, then topped off with a chocolate cup filled with masala chai cheesecake mix mimicking a mini chai latte
Caramel Stroopwafel
Set on a Lotus and digestive biscuit and salted butter base our signature creamy Vanilla cheesecake is interspersed with pockets of gooey Lancashire cinder toffee and laced with caramel sauce. It's then topped off with a mini stroopwafel dunked into a swirl of caramel and a sprinkle of mini fudge cubes.
Speculoos
This one is for the Lotus lovers! Set on a Lotus biscoff and digestive biscuit and salted butter base our signature creamy Vanilla cheesecake is interspersed with pockets of gooey Lancashire cinder toffee. Smooth Lotus spread is then swirled on top, a chocolate dipped Lotus biscuit is dunked in and to top it off a sprinkle of Lotus crumb is added for final touch!
